COMMUNITY MEMBERS SATICFACTION STUDY OF THE "UKHAA HUDAG" PROJECT OF ENERGY RESOURCES LLC (2010)


The RISC has conducted this study to assess achievements, accessibility and impacts of socially-oriented programs and projects for support to local sustainable development, education, health, infrastructure, protection of cultural tangible and intangible heritages, implemented by Energy Resources, within its social responsibility framework.
The overall goal of this study was whether these programs and projects meet needs of local residents or not. The study was also tasked to identify further directions of these social programs and projects.
The RISC implemented the following specific objectives during this study:
- To identify achievements and local residents satisfaction of each social program and project being implemented locally;
- To study how beneficial and accessible these locally implemented programs and projects are for local residents and herders and whether they meet their needs;
- To assess implementation methods of the social programs and projects and to identify and give recommendation on new frame and methods of their implementation;
- To give suggestions on directions and implementation framework of perspective social development projects
